All orders are processed within 2–5 business days and then shipped to you.(excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Infitah is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Infitah.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Infitah.store@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
